This 5-day course provides the student with a good working knowledge of Proficy Process Systems. This course explains the solution architecture, features and configuration tools from the controller, through Data Acquisition and Management to Visualisation.

This course will provide you with the fundamental skills to create a Movicon.NExT project and develop fundamental HMI/SCADA screen layouts enriched with dynamic animation elements.

This follow-up course builds on the basic fundamentals of the Movicon.NExT industrial software solution to learn how to utilise advanced features such as screen parametrisation, power templates, 3D graphics and object aliases, to streamline HMI application development. This all-encompassing training will equip you with the essential skills to thrive in HMI application development using Movicon.NExT.

Learn programming for PACSystems, 90/70, 90/30, and VersaMax controllers in this Machine Edition class featuring the PACSystems RX3i Controller. This class covers programming techniques and the advanced features of the PACSystems Controller using Logic Developer Controller Machine Edition software. Starting with the controller software architecture, students are taught how to effectively develop control applications using building block concepts.

The Emerson Controller Maintenance - Logic Developer Controller course provides the student with the skills necessary to troubleshoot and repair faults in Emerson programmable logic controllers (90-30, 90-70, VersaMax, RX7i and RX3i). The class is taught using Logic Developer Controller software, which is part of the PAC Machine Edition family of products. The focus is on interpreting existing ladder logic programs for troubleshooting purposes. Students are also taught how to use the troubleshooting tools within the software to determine where faults have occurred and how to correct them

The Red Lion HMI course provides the student with the skills necessary to configure Red Lion’s feature rich operator interfaces for various applications using Crimson 3.1 software. The one-day course aims to upskill a basic level on connectivity and creation of a responsive graphical Human Machine Interface, while delving deeper into the advanced and unique feature set of the Red Lion’s product range.

The aim of the course is to familiarise you with the features and benefits of FPWIN Pro programming software and the Panasonic range of PLCs. We will cover some basic programming exercises, however it is not our aim to teach you PLC programming. As such, we would hope that all in attendance have at least some basic programming knowledge.
