Safeclip Clip-in Holders
The Safeclip range provides IP20 finger-safe clip-in fuse holder solutions designed for fast installation and replacement in distribution and industrial applications. Manufactured from tough flame-retardant materials with integral DIN rail mounting, Safeclip holders are commonly used in utility and commercial switchboards.
They are compatible with SS, NS and ES fuse series and are available in front-connected and network panel configurations. The dimensions for these are:
- SS series (2 – 20A): 25 × 14.5 × 51mm body
- NS series (2 – 32M40A): 35.5 × 14.5 × 62mm body
- ES series (40 – 63M80A): 39 × 17.5 × 69mm body
DIN/NH Fuse Bases
DIN NH fuse bases are designed for square-body knife-blade fuses (NH00 through to NH4 and NH4a) and are commonly used in industrial switch-disconnectors and distribution systems.
Available in both baseplate and busbar mounting configurations, these holders are widely used in European-style power distribution assemblies and heavy industrial applications.
In-line Fuse Holders (Mersen)
IPD supplies in-line fuse holders from Mersen suitable for single and dual-pole installations up to 1000V AC/DC. These UL and CSA compliant holders are used where fuse protection is required within a cable run rather than on a fixed mounting base.
Both ceramic and porcelain variants are available depending on application requirements.
Modular DIN Rail Fuse Holders
Modular DIN rail fuse holders are available in 32A, 50A and 125A ratings and are designed to IEC 60269-2 standards for use in control panels and small distribution boards.
These holders support 690V AC operation and provide a compact, flexible solution for DIN rail mounted electrical protection systems.
